Adam is a partner with over 20 years’ experience in the Capital working at the forefront of the market across all aspects of the retail and leisure sectors. He focuses primarily on High Street instructions within the uppermost UK Cities, Hotels, Food and Beverage and portfolio strategy.

Andrew established Jackson Criss in 1990 and has advised both occupiers and landlords in the retail, F&B and leisure sectors for in excess of 35 years, to include expanding the retail portfolios of HMV, Waterstones and New Look.

Dan joined the Jackson Criss team in 2019, having established his career at a Northern Specialist Retail Agency Practice and qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2016. Dan has over 8 years of experience working on Shopping Centre Leasing and Strategic Asset Management for Major Schemes and dominant Market Town Centres, alongside leasing advice on High Street instructions in towns and cities across the UK. Acting for a range of Funds, Institutions and Property Companies Dan has delivered results for clients. Dan has also worked with a range of prominent retail brands in assisting in the development of their property portfolios.

David joined Jackson Criss in 1993 from Grosvenor Estate and has over 35 years’ experience dealing with lease renewals, lease restructures and rent reviews for owners and occupiers as well as handling agency matters. He acts on shopping centres and high streets throughout the UK and has handled many trophy buildings. If unable to resolve matters by negotiation, David deals with expert witness work before Arbitrator / Expert / Court, PACT.
Liaising with the investment team in preparing assets for sale and due diligence on purchases is a key focus.

Dougie joined Jackson Criss in 1997 and is an Equity Partner in the Lease Advisory Department and leads the team. He advises a variety of clients in matters such as the re-gear of leases, lettings, lease renewal work, rent reviews and Investment due diligence throughout the United Kingdom. Dougie is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is also a qualified arbitrator and an independent expert and regularly receives appointments from the RICS.

His focus is on providing landlords and tenants with a clear appreciation of their asset’s value and how best to achieve that goal in a considered tactical framework. This advice stems from his many years of market experience and detailed knowledge of the arbitration, Court and PACT process.

Jackson Criss’s market coverage combined with Dougie’s experience ensure clients receive high quality expert advice and can often achieve results beyond original expectations.

Gill has been a part of the Jackson Criss team since 2007. In her role as Office Manager she takes care of vendor contract negotiations, IT and software upgrades, website and telecoms management, health & safety, training and administrative recruitment, design and marketing/PR plus ad hoc work for Douglas Macrae and David Scott.

Jake started his career at JLL before joining the Jackson Criss Investment team. His focus is on advising clients with their investment acquisition & disposal requirements across the UK. Jake has a MSc in Corporate Finance and a BSc in Real Estate, specialising on the Investment & Finance pathway from the University of Reading.

Jacob started his career here at Jackson Criss, at the start of 2022 having completed his BSc Real Estate Degree and is now working within the agency team. His primary day to day job is working with a number of retained clients, to help them acquire/retain sites as well as working alongside landlords to find them potential tenants.

James joined Jackson Criss in 2004 having previously worked at GL Hearn. He has over 20 years’ experience in the retail and leisure sector dealing with lease renewals, rent reviews, leasing, lease restructures and strategic asset management. He is experienced in preparation of expert witness reports for the Arbitration, Court and PACT processes. James often liaises with the investment team in carrying out due diligence on key purchases.
Over the years he has acted on shopping centres and high streets throughout the UK representing both landlords and tenants.

Jerry joined Jackson Criss in 2019 and works as PA to Philip Hay, John Boissier and provides administrative support for the wider agency team, including switchboard, typing of reports, updating the company website and property portals, AML legislation and IT assistance.

Jordan joined Jackson Criss as a maternity cover in 2021, however bringing her vibrant energy into the office, she will stay on to focus on the temp vacancies within our client’s portfolios, conducting property inspections, and provides administrative support for the wider agency team including reception, while focusing on her career and hopefully will go onto complete her level 3 surveying technician course.

Jo has been part of the Jackson Criss team for 15 years as their Partnership Accountant, taking care of the whole finance function from day to day Book-Keeping through to Management Accounts, as well as producing timely reports for the partners and agents. Also administering the monthly payroll and various filing obligations to HMRC and Companies House.

John Boissier , MRICS , served as an Equity Partner of Jackson Criss for the years 1996-2021, retiring from the partnership to be a strategic consultant to the practice.

Over the years he has specialised in the UK high street and Shopping Centre Investment markets , acting for UK Institutions , private equity and property companies .

Jonathan has in excess of 25 years operating within the UK investment market, he has been an Equity Partner at Jackson Criss since 1996 and was instrumental in setting up the Investment Department. Jonathan acts for many of the UK’s most established institutions and property companies, providing expert advice in acquisitions, disposals and forward funding arrangements.

Philip has over 35 years’ experience in the UK investment market, he became an Equity Partner at Jackson Criss in 1994 and since then has consistently represented some of the UK’s largest institutions with their acquisition and disposal requirements in addition to independent strategic portfolio advice.

Richard joined Jackson Criss in 2015 to open the Leeds office and has in excess of 20 years’ experience providing leasing, asset management and development advice to landlords on a variety of shopping centres and high street units across the north of England. Richard’s pragmatic & tenacious approach coupled with a sound knowledge of the retail property market ensures that clients get the best possible service. Richard also advises a number of retailer clients on their acquisition and disposal strategies across the north of England.
